  • Between 29 to 15 days before departure: 50%
  • Between 14 to 10 days before departure: 75%
  • Between 9 to 1 days before departure: 100%

  • Provision of additional bed in the room for extra person/child on twin sharing basis.
  • Specify hotel check-in / check-out timings.
  • Mention the requirement of Govt. issued ID proof for all the guests including children
           (e.g. Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.) to be carried during the trip.
  • Special child policy, if any, as some hotels are very particular about the age-proof of a child.
